WARRANTY AND TERMS OF PURCHASE

 

All our products in 2instincts and currently follow the current rules according to the Consumer Purchases Act (Consumer Purchases Act)  Furthermore, some of our products have an additional guarantee beyond this.


We recommend everyone to send us an e-mail with a completed warranty card when purchasing our products that have a warranty beyond the normal right of complaint. You will then be registered in our database and any damage to the product will then be easier to track. Receipt required by our dealers and by contacting 2instincts in case of complaint.

FLY BARS IN THE MASTER SERIES

Our models in the Master series have a so-called No Question Ask guarantee for the first year. By that is meant that if your fly rod  or parts of your fly rod  is defective the first year after purchase, we will replace the defective part at no cost to you as a customer. Applies to first owner only. All defective parts must be sent to the store or directly to us in 2instincts. Remember name, e-mail, telephone number and copy of receipt when you submit the defective part. If your rod in the Master series is older than one year, we will replace any defective part free of charge if it turns out that the damage is a manufacturing defect. Submit the defective part and our service department will assess the cause of the damage and possibly replace a new part. Receipt must be presented. If the damage is the result of an accident that cannot be charged to 2instincts, we will replace the new part at a smaller cost.


If the rod is older than 3 years, we replace the defective part with a new part provided that the damage is a manufacturing defect. Defective parts caused by accidents that can not be charged 2instincts, are replaced for a small amount. Receipt must be presented and defective part sent to store or directly to 2instincts. Our service department will assess the cause of the damage and offer a new part based on this. In cases where the warranty does not cover the damage, a new part / parts can be purchased directly from 2instincts. Service costs for sending and handling parts are NOK  350.  This includes regular shipping costs but not other costs such as. customs / express shipping etc. Repair and service only against receipt.

2INSTINCTS FLUESNELLE DIABLO 

Our fly reel Diablo is of the highest quality and here we give a 25-year guarantee against manufacturing defects during normal use of the reel. Reels that have been used in an unjustifiable manner in relation to the area of use for fly reels are not included in this guarantee. Our service department will assess the cause and use of the damage. Based on this, repairs and costs will be considered in each individual case. Any damage caused by external causes will be repaired at a lesser cost based on the fast condition. Receipt must be presented for all forms of service and repair.

2INSTINCTS WATER TROUSERS

If you have a 2instincts wading trousers that are damaged / defective within the first 3 years as a result of manufacturing defects, please send the trousers to us for repair / service. Trousers with zipper in front of RIRI quality will be sent to our service workshop for repair. Other damage caused to the trousers beyond normal use for waders will be assessed by our service department. Note that small holes from hook tips and cigarette embers are not manufacturing defects and repair of such damage will be repaired for a small amount, by agreement. Repairs and service are only performed upon presentation of a receipt.

2INSTINCTS WADDER JACKET IN THE MASTER SERIES

If you have a 2instincts wading jacket that is damaged / defective within the first 3 years due to manufacturing defects, please send the jacket to us for repair / service. If you have a pair of 2instincts waders in the Grip series that are damaged / defective within the first 3 years as a result of manufacturing defects, please send the shoe to us for repair / service. Damage caused to the shoe beyond normal use for waders will be assessed by our service department. Repairs and service are only performed upon presentation of a receipt.
