We have divided the courses into 3 different course plans.

Course A. Getting started

The course is for those who want to get started with fly casting and fly fishing. No prior knowledge is required.

This course runs over 3 evenings of approx. 3 hours each evening. On this course we show details of the equipment we use for one-handed fly fishing. Fly choice. Leader. Fly line. The function and use of the fly rod, as well as everything else that is ok to have in your luggage when you go fly fishing. At the end of the course, you should be well equipped to catch fish on aeroplanes. The loan of one-handed equipment is included in the course. By this we mean rod, reel, line, leader and fly/dott. You can, of course, use your own equipment if you have it. Not sure, we'll find out.

The price per participant for this course, which runs over 3 evenings, is NOK 1500. We have a maximum of 6 participants per course. The course must be paid in good time before the course starts.

Course B. Refresher

This course is for those who have tried their hand at fly fishing and/or fly casting before, but want a refresher. We go through the fly fishing equipment and show the different types of cast that are most practical to know for good fishing. Personalised follow-up on cast details adapted to each individual level. Both one-handed and two-handed rods can be used.

This course runs over 2 evenings of approximately 3 hours each evening.

The price per participant for this course, which runs over 2 evenings, is NOK 1000. We have a maximum of 4 participants per course. The course must be paid in good time before the course starts.

Course C. Let clutter do the work

Course for advanced anglers who want to perfect their casting skills, as well as delve into practical fly fishing. This course is for both one-handed and two-handed fly fishers.

Sometimes only small adjustments are needed in a fly cast to get the good feeling in the cast itself. In this course, we go through all the details for a neat and practical fly cast without unnecessary use of energy. Let the rod do the work. We're just going to put the rod to work, with the right cast movements and the right use of power for a neat presentation of aeroplanes.

Price per participant for this course that runs over 2 evenings is NOK 1000. We have a maximum of 4 participants per course. The course must be paid in good time before the course starts.

Course evening for good.

We have noted that some who were and have been on courses in the past have an evening to spare. For you, just get in touch and we will find an evening that suits.
