We are back from another fantastic trip to Rio Grande. Here are some pictures from the trip, which took place during the first two weeks of 2023. A better start to the year hardly exists for those of us with a passion for fly fishing in rivers. Many hundreds of pictures are taken on such a dream trip, and this is only a small selection. Film and more pictures will come at our traditional film evening in Bergen, among other things.
The largest fish of the trip was landed by our good friend through many years, Roald Kjellevold from Bergen. The day in Arturo pool will be remembered forever by all of us who were there. It was a fantastic fight with a beautiful sea trout of a full 12 kilos. See picture below right and further down. We congratulate Roald on a brilliant fish and a new personal best.
We thank everyone who joined us to Argentina and Rio Grande in January 2023. Once again, there were fantastic moments along Rio Grande's magical banks for everyone who came along.
We also extend a big thank you this year to our pleasant guides, who once again delivered brilliantly.
